Subcontract Scope
We were the appointed Tiling and Flooring contractor of Laser House development, a former Printing Press and Gin Distillery in London’s Clerkenwell that has been redeveloped by General Projects to provide almost 88,000 sq ft of office space. Located near the Barbican, Laser House was refurbished to provide office floor space across the Ground and Upper Four levels including provision of four SME starter units at Lower Ground Floor. The building was largely retained, with only partial demolition of the structure and construction of extensions to the existing building fronting Goswell Road and Pear Tree Street with plant enclosures above.
Crean Ltd installed Domus Seta Danse Mosaic Tiles to the Projects WC’s / Superloos, Solus Magnetic Dotent 100x100, Glazed Porcelain Tiles to the Basement Shower Area with Formafantasma Excinere Tiles installed elaborately to the Reception Area.
Works were extended to include the installation and finishing of Dinesen Douglas Classic Timber to the 1stFloor Flexible Office Space, Quantum Nosing to Stair 1 and 2 concrete staircases, alongside appointing approved Sub-Contractors to carry out installations of Altro Flexiflow Classic Comfort Floor Resin system to all WC / Lobby floors and Altro Resins Altrocoat to all BOH and Basement Floor coverings.
